Xergetic ("we", "us", "our") is an engineering and software company organized under the laws of the United States, operating the website https://xergetic.com (the "site"). Xergetic is the controller ("business") of the personal information described in this policy.

We collect only what you choose to give us and minimal technical data needed to operate the site:

· Correspondence data: when you contact us through the contact form or by email, we receive the information you provide, name, email address, company name, and the content of your message. Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through your own email client; the site itself does not store submissions.

· Technical data: our servers may temporarily record standard log information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and availability purposes.

3. How we use information

We use your information solely to: respond to your inquiry (product question, services request, or partnership proposal); keep a record of business correspondence; and protect the site against abuse. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

We retain inquiry correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business record-keeping, after which it is deleted when the purpose no longer applies. You can request deletion at any time via info@xergetic.com.

7. Security

We use measures appropriate to the limited nature of the data this site receives. Note that form submissions travel through your own email client and are subject to email security generally. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your state privacy rights

Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas) may have statutory rights with respect to their personal information, such as the right to know/access, correct, or delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under state privacy laws, so no "opt-out of sale" mechanism is offered.

9. Children's privacy

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

The site is operated from and information is processed in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, please be aware your information will be processed in the United States. If you object to this, please do not submit personal information through the site.
